Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group Holds Talks with Irkutsk Oil Company and Wharton Technology

    On June 3, Tu Wensheng, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group, held talks with Yevgeny Chertovskikh  (hereinafter referred to as Yevgeny), Deputy General Manager of Irkutsk Oil Company, and Cai Zhiqi, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Wharton Technology. Liu Songlin, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, attended the meeting.


    Tu Wensheng extended a warm welcome to Yevgeny and his entourage. He noted that Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group thoroughly implements the strategy of intensive and refined development of superior mineral resources. Focusing on the green and efficient development and utilization of phosphate ore and its associated resources, the Group has built a relatively complete phosphorus chemical industrial chain. The Group and Irkutsk Oil Company feature strong complementarity in resource endowments, technological expertise and industrial layout. He expressed the hope that the two sides would further strengthen communication, give full play to respective comparative advantages and achieve win-win cooperation at a higher level.


    Yevgeny said he was deeply impressed by the development achievements of Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group after the visit. Irkutsk Oil Company has long been committed to extensive and in-depth cooperation with China in diverse forms, serving as a model of mutually beneficial energy cooperation between China and Russia. Taking this meeting as an opportunity, the company hopes to further enhance mutual trust, and sincerely invited Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group to pay a study visit to Irkutsk Oil Company.


    It is learned that Irkutsk Oil Company specializes in oil and gas exploration, exploitation and petrochemical product sales in Eastern Siberia. It ranks among Russia's largest independent oil and gas producers.
