On April 8, Ms. Alzbeta Klein, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary General of the International Fertilizer Association (hereinafter referred to as "IFA"), visited China GPC. Tu Wensheng, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of China GPC, held discussions and exchanges with the guests. Entrusted by China GPC, He Guangliang （Gordon He）, former Chairman, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group and Director of IFA, accompanied Ms. Alzbeta Klein and her delegation to conduct research and exchanges at the production base.

    During the exchange, Alzbeta Klein and her delegation visited the pilot plants for impurity removal, depolymerization and classification of 15,000 t/a high-purity anhydrous gypsum (crystal-transformed gypsum), the production lines of anhydrous gypsum masterbatch and anhydrous gypsum packaging boxes, as well as the 400,000 ㎡/a high-precision gypsum block production line of the Group’s Green Environmental Protection Company. They also learned about the "1468" project at the Fuquan base via video presentation. Through on-site inspections, Alzbeta Klein and her delegation fully affirmed the systematic achievements made by China GPC in the reduction, resource utilization and high-value utilization of phosphogypsum.

    Alzbeta Klein stated that China GPC has become a "gold medal athlete" in the industrial competition of comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum. She pointed out that IFA will promote the best practices and mature experience of China GPC to global fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer producers through the sharing of technical cases and implementation paths, provide replicable ideas and forward-looking insights for the efficient utilization of phosphogypsum worldwide, and boost the sustainable development of the global fertilizer industry.
