Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group Concludes First-Half Employee Recuperation Activities Successfully
Recently, the two sessions of domestic and overseas employee recuperation activities organized by Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group for the first half of the year have come to a successful conclusion. A total of 130 employees, mainly including model workers, May Day Medal winners and outstanding skilled workers, participated in the activities. The event allowed employees to relax and relieve pressure, while making them feel the warmth and care of the Group as a big family.
For many years, the Trade Union of Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group has adhered to the philosophy of attaching equal importance to recuperation and rest, and integrating medical care with health preservation, to customize all-round recuperation experiences for employees. During the activities, a series of health conditioning programs were arranged, including health lectures, Baduanjin practice, professional physical therapy and hot spring wellness, helping employees adjust their physical and mental state and release psychological pressure. Meanwhile, featured activities such as team-building exercises, new rural area visits and study tours at red education bases were carefully organized.
The activities have built a platform for outstanding staff from various departments to communicate and cooperate, enhancing mutual understanding and team cohesion. They also enabled employees to learn and improve in leisure time, sparking new ideas and inspiration for work, and further stimulating their work motivation and enthusiasm.
In the next step, abiding by national laws, regulations and relevant provisions, the Group Trade Union will continue to promote the institutionalization and standardization of recuperation work, strive to improve the quality of recuperation services, and continuously enhance employees' sense of gain, happiness and belonging.
