Jiangsu Ruiyang’s Technical Upgrade Project for UV-Curable Reactive Diluent Passes Environmental Protection Completion Acceptance

    Recently, Jiangsu Ruiyang’s technical upgrade project for UV-curable reactive diluent has passed environmental protection completion acceptance, with all environmental indicators meeting national and local environmental management standards.

    Amid the green transformation of the chemical industry, technical renovation goes far beyond simple equipment replacement; it represents a profound transformation critical to corporate sustainability and future growth. UV-curable reactive diluent is one of Jiangsu Ruiyang’s flagship products. As industrial and environmental regulations grow increasingly stringent, drawbacks in the original production process emerged, hindering the company’s high-quality development. To address this challenge, Jiangsu Ruiyang launched a systematic technical overhaul. It optimized production workflows, upgraded core manufacturing equipment, built an efficient waste gas collection and treatment system, renovated wastewater treatment facilities, installed noise and vibration reduction devices, and constructed standardized storage areas for solid and hazardous waste, filling gaps in environmental protection infrastructure.

    During project implementation, the company adhered to the principle of “prioritizing environmental protection, compliant construction and green works”, and delivered all environmental measures specified in the EIA documents and approvals. Third-party monitoring results show that emissions of waste gas, wastewater and factory boundary noise are below national limits. Solid waste is sorted, stored and disposed of in compliance with rules, and all environmental facilities operate stably.

    Multiple rounds of monitoring confirm ample margins above compliance thresholds. The upgrade achieves more than mere compliance, reaching performance superior to statutory standards. The enterprise has shifted from passive compliance to proactive green transformation, from isolated improvements to systematic reconstruction. Jiangsu Ruiyang demonstrates that green development is not a cost burden but a source of competitiveness.
