Wengfu Lantian Breaks Key Technology for Arsenic Removal of Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride with First Low-Arsenic Products Shipped
During the national Quality Month campaign, Fujian Wengfu Lantian of GPC achieved a major breakthrough in product quality upgrading. The company has independently mastered the core technology for deep arsenic removal, enabling stable control of arsenic content in Anhydrous Hydrogen Fluoride (AHF) below 3 ppm and meeting quality standards for high-end market supply. On September 16, the first batch of 28 tons of low-arsenic AHF was loaded and shipped to Ganzhou, Jiangxi, marking a solid achievement of the Quality Month initiative.

The first batch of 28-ton low-arsenic anhydrous hydrogen fluoride is delivered to Jiangxi
As a core basic raw material in the fluorine chemical industry chain, anhydrous hydrogen fluoride has strict requirements on arsenic content for high-end downstream clients. To meet stringent high-end market standards, a special technical tackling team consisting of Party member pioneers and key professional backbones was established. The team conducted multiple rounds of experimental verification focusing on rectification process optimization, precise impurity removal and full-process quality control.
Through continuous technical breakthroughs, Wengfu Lantian further improved the full-chain quality assurance system covering raw material incoming inspection, in-process production control and finished product delivery testing. The company successfully broke through the technical bottleneck of low-arsenic purification and stably achieved an ultra-low arsenic control standard of ≤3 ppm. Currently, the product fully meets the access requirements of mid-to-high-end markets including new energy and lithium hexafluorophosphate sectors and is ready for batch delivery.
