Wengfu Dazhou Passes On‑Site Inspection for Food Additive Production License
On September 20, Wengfu Dazhou Chemical Co., Ltd. successfully passed the joint on‑site inspection for its food additive production license conducted by Sichuan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation and Dazhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation. Through comprehensive evaluation, the food additives applied for by the company, namely food‑grade wet‑process phosphoric acid, food‑grade monoammonium phosphate, food‑grade diammonium phosphate and food‑grade monopotassium phosphate, all satisfied the licensing prerequisites and on‑site inspection requirements for food additive production.

Scene of the review meeting
During the inspection, in accordance with relevant national food safety standards, the inspection panel carried out a full review covering 44 inspection items across six dimensions including production premises, equipment and facilities, equipment layout and production processes by means of document review, on‑site surveys and on‑spot inquiries. The panel concluded that the company’s plant layout, equipment configuration, personnel management and system establishment generally met regulatory requirements and that the enterprise possessed corresponding production capacity.
Taking this achievement as a new starting point, Wengfu Dazhou will further consolidate its primary responsibility for food safety. It will rigorously implement risk‑control requirements featuring “daily monitoring, weekly troubleshooting and monthly scheduling”. The company will improve the whole‑chain quality and safety management system covering raw material procurement, production‑process control, ex‑factory inspection as well as warehousing and transportation. It will strengthen risk prevention and process supervision by assigning responsibilities to specific posts and individuals and ensuring full implementation of all measures, so as to firmly safeguard the bottom line of product quality and safety for food additives.
